She has packed this little volume with loads of useful information, from good/bad ingredients in products to how to enhance curl and prevent frizz. Don't waste your money on the book or the "miracle product." Buying a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner which contains the right proteins, emollients, humectants etc.and alcohol-free clear hair gel from your local discount store will do the trick. HINT: Look for products in the ethnic hair care section of your store, product with a big price tag that promises your hair a miracle!
